Resident Evil 1.5 (unreleased PSX title)

I wish this came out, before the actual RE2. For those not in the know, Resident Evil 2 was going to be a lot different than the actual RE2 that did come out, with more focus on the station and instead of a claire, a biker named Elza Walker was in her place. here is a video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cclTPAxzMjo and Bioflames has a section on it http://www.bioflames.net/

There were talks on another message board about a proto that was supposedly found and going to be dumped, but talks of it fizzled out.

I guess discuss this game and or any unreleased games that you can think of.

Yes, I think RE 1.5 would be good. They had Claire Redfield instead of Elza Walker because of the fact Elza wouldn't of linked with anyone out of RE1. There was also planned a Saturn version of RE 1.5 which also got scrapped.

Well, RE2 was pretty good, so I can't complain too much about the changes they made. The idea of playing a biker chick is kind of yawn to me anyway.

RE2 was amazing. These changes were made for good reason. That's not to say I wouldn't like to play 1.5, but that's just the fan boy in me yearning for even just a few minutes of unreleased old RE.

yeah, it was, my favorite RE, but itd be nice if the proto were leaked.. i could care less about elza walker, just the way the station was was..very creepy.
i wish theyd remake RE2 like RE1 on GC, im sure it sold well, so wtf capcom(shinji)? RE2 remake on 360/PS3. WOW. dammit.

RE 1.5 is one of those classic topics where everybody goes "man I can't get enough of RE 1.5...bring it out plz"

Of course it won't happen, so we're just stuck with the main release. Not that this is a bad thing, of course...

Anyway, the changes were made for a reason. People are really only interested in 1.5 because they want something new/unreleased. The possibilities, in other words.
