Hi guys,
I picked up this boxed item that I guess could be considered a handheld. It's called Fun-To-Fly from Spectra (company based in Hong Kong) from 1989. I bought it at a flea market in the Netherlands, but the people I bought it from were definitely not from Europe, and I haven't been able to find any info on this item on the net. Here's a picture:
