Remember when we were all talking about NEC's return to home gaming? The title they announced was "Tube Slider". I saw it the other day and it's got Capcom as the publisher and it seems it was also developed inhouse by Capcom.
Am I missing something? Did I get the title wrong at some point or did something change? I really want to see NEC's return game and was looking forward to this game :(

No clue where EB got their information, but they're way off base. Tube Slider was developed by NdCube, the same team that made F-Zero: Maximum Velocity for the GBA. NEC picked up the publishing rights.

Awesome.
Yes, that's the article I remember seeing a few months ago when NEC was announced as "coming back to gaming".
Has anyone played the game yet? I'd wager it's a good one.

The picture on the ebgames website even has NEC on the cover. :-D

I gave it one of the higher scores it's gotten (ignoring Play's which are always stupid-high). It's kind of an acquired taste.
