I just wanted to know if anybody has bought a replacement PSP screen off of ebay or anything and have actually installed it and tested it out. I'm looking at the ones on ebay for about $35+shipping. Anybody have any experience with this? would I be able to do it myself not being electronically proficient?

I have done it multiple times its relatively easy, but you will void the warranty of the PSP. The other thing to realize is the screen fits snugly in its metal housing and it can be difficult to remove (or so it can seem)
You have to be careful popping it out because of the motherboard below and the clips for the power and video signals are fragile.
If you go slow you can do it, if you need help PM me... I fix PSPs all the time, and have feedback here on it as well.
