Simple question I hope

Just got an old school "Bump & Jump" cocktail which I plan to convert
to a 48-in-1 Jamma.... It currently has 8 way sticks so I think replacing these
with 4 ways is the thing to do right? I mean since all the 48-in-1 games are 4 way games. So can someone point me to some nice stubby 4-way sticks (remember cocktail table) online for relatively cheap?

Not all the games in a 48-in-1 are 4 way. Just most of them. Centipede would need an 8 way. A few others too.

And may I just cast a vote onto the "please don't convert it" pile. People are converting classics to these right and left. If this keeps happening there won't be any original games any more. Just poorly emulated pale imitators.
