Alright. The game has the seam along both the long sides and one of the short sides of the box. There seems to be a faint seam across the back, but its not very noticable. I tried comparing to pics of ebay auctions, and they seem to compare favorably, but I can't be sure. As mentioned, if the store was about resealing stuff, they have plenty of other shit that they could also be rewrapping, so i doubt it was them. I also remember getting a bunch of mario tennis from toys r us back in the day and them having a similar wrap.

I don't claim to know much about seals/re-seals... but that looks fake to me.

To me, it doesn't. It looks like it has been opened before, and the shrink wrapping doesn't look all that good.

looks like a reseal to me, the corners are coming out way too much, and the verticle seam on the back should be quite noticable and it looks like there isnt even one on your pictures.

Having re-sealed hundreds of items in my time, I'm gonna have to lean towards that NOT being a legit sealed game. There's just too many imperfections on the shrink wrapping job to seem like it was done in a factory.

That looks mighty fake to me. No vertical seam and very loose looking shrink wrap.
