A few weeks ago, I ordered a lot of 100 Brand new and Sealed Sega Saturn titles from Service_Concepts on ebay. After taking two weeks for shipping, I had finally recieved my box, and was very disappointed.

I mentioned to the seller after I paid via paypal that I was more interested in the cases moreso then the games (outdated sports games), and after a week, I got a message saying they shipped the games, though they picked through the titles replacing the games with cracked cases and whatnot. I never approved of them doing this, though I just waited and wanted to see what would arrive.

Games finally arrived, and I was pretty pissed off. They only sent 78 games, and of those, only about half were actually sealed like described in the auction. Around half of all the games in the lot had cases that were cracked, chipped, smashed, written on, taped on, and a couple of the games even had water damage done to them.

Of course, I complained to them, and the seller shifted the blame to somebody else, despite previously claiming that he had involvement in "picking out the cases" and offered me a refund of only $60, despite the whole package costing about $200 after shipping.

Overall, I think that they wanted to take advantage of me, seeing as they knew I only wanted the cases. I think that they wanted to save the "good" titles that were actually sealed for re-selling or something and stick me with opened titles.

Here are some pics of games literally picked at random throughout the pile...

Yup, that sucks. I had a bad experience with them as well. One of my supposedly factory sealed games arrived (Mystic Defender) and was not only NOT factory sealed, but it didn't even have the manual and the cart was all messed up. It took me awhile to get a refund but I kept bugging them and got it. Moral here is DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
