Tips and Tricks #1 and other game stuff

Hi All,

I'm getting rid of a bunch of stuff I have no desire to hold on to anymore. Some of the magazines (gaming and otherwise) are in good condition, but others, including T&T #1 have seen better days. The controllers and "other stuff" are in OK condition. I'm totally willing to sell at the LOWEST price point to move this stuff. I'm just outside NYC, Jersey side, and pick-ups would be awesome, but not required.

EDIT: I've gotten a PM or two and would rather sell these items in "large chunks" or as a package. I'm not really interested in selling a single demo, mag, etc.
