What type of paint should I use to custom paint a NES?
A specific brand would be great too.

Krylon spray paint for PLASTICS.
It bonds at a near-molecular level and is very hard to chip.
Finish it off with a coat of Krylon crystal clear, let it dry, and add another coat.
