no, it's not, I think that's a JP test cart, but I'm not totally sure

It's a FamicomBox cartridge. The FamicomBox was the hotel version of the Famicom in Japan. It used NES size cartridges.

72 pin...and contrary to what many may tell you, they will play on NES clones. Yobo etc.
