Yeah, the first Trauma Center for the Wii. I already had the system paid for in full before it came out, and Gamestop was selling some of the games early, so I picked it up ahead of time.

I didn't preorder a Dreamcast, and then a friend of mine brought his into work with NFL2k and Soul Calibur. I was blown away and went out at lunch to get my own, but couldn't find a system. I did pick up those two games, though. I found a DC within the week, though, so I didn't have to wait too long.

I owned Sonic Adventure before the Dreamcast released in 1999 because I had everything paid for. Also, since a store royally screwed me on my Xbox 360 pre-order, I owned a couple of games for it before I could nab the system.
