Sega Genesis CD Development Unit

Hello, everybody.

I have a Sega Genesis CD Development unit. It looks like a Generation 1 Genesis w/ a Generation 1 Sega CD, but it is one unit. It is used to develop Sega CD games.

I am wondering what this worth. Someone told me that these things have sold on ebay for $700 or more. I am wondering how correct that is. Anybody know what they tend to go for?

I sold one, no cables, no docs, no discs... for $500. It was beat up, and it was PAL, but it worked.

My set was a Cross Products dev system. I should still have the pictures I took somewhere... but at the least, you can get $500 for it. Maybe more, depending on condition. I got a LOT of side offers when I posted that auction last year.
