Bought this a few years back on ebay seems to be a uk exclusive but it worked on my ps1. Box is dinged up and had a rip ( thanks to my daughter lol).

There was a US version too. It can usually be had between $10-20.

However, keep two things in mind. First, this is the import Japanese version. And second, it has yet to sell at that price and I'm sure it's been up there for awhile.
