That's quite odd. You'd think Lakitu would get tired of carrying Bowser around like that. But, yeah, I'm guessing there is no way to return that item, huh?

Geez that sucks how much did you have to pay for this unplayable copy? I've had games that glitched badly as well like this one time when I was playing WWF No Mercy when all of a sudden, all of the polygons started to shift out of poportion until it looked like I was playing a unwanted pregnancy on prom night.

I only payed a couple of bucks, so no real loss. I'll keep the game for amusement purposes.

I have a copy of Pilotwings for the SNES that is uncontrollable, as soon as you start you spiral into the ground. Good thing it only cost you a few bucks. I see glitched copies all the time of Mario Kart and other games on ebay that are labeled as super rare and unique.

"Rubber" also means condom.

I had a copy of Donkey Kong Country that acted strangely, except every time I tried to fight the 2nd boss, it's crash to a blue screen saying something about I'm using it with an unauthorized copying device, instead of characters jumping around.

It's a guy who... well... it's hard to explain, but your post sounded a lot like his usual drivel. :)
You're relatively new so you probably don't know about him.

Pretty much, a guy who has managed to compare the Sega Genesis to a Latina woman. Essentially a legend.

Either change the battery or get a new cart. Last year, I ruined the same game by using a PS2 A/V cable with an SNES.

That was a Super Famicom.

And a second barrel blast of jawusumness.

Ok well I read it correctly, it just doesn't make any sense to me... I don't know (along with quite a few others in the thread you linked) how plugging a PS2 A/V cable into a SNES A/V output would ruin a cartridge- (sounds like it would ruin the connector on the deck 1st)... and I didn't know that it would be possible to get any sort of picture doing this... but hey if you say it happened, then, I guess... well it happened.

We've received reports of widespread SNES system malfunctions in the North America and Western Euopean regions today as readers of a popular website "digitpress.com" tried to plug PS2 AV outputs into their SNES systems. Reasons for this odd behaviour seem to include "I was curious" and "...just wanted to see what would happen" after reading a particular forum thread.
We'll keep you up-to-date as more information comes in.
