Hey. I just wanted to know what those 8 dip switches on the snes proto carts were for. I saw some MK3 proto that had them somewhere on the net and wondered what they did. Thanks.

you can probably select eprom size(4/8mbit),
the region(ntsc/pal)
and sram size with the dipswitches
maybe also lorom/hirom,but i somehow doubt that,cause that would require
the bank adress lines to be shifted and the sram to be switched between lorom/hirom map.
