Nintendo of Canada liquidating stock! More like a nightmare. There is no way in hell I'll be able to afford anything. That is some unreal shit there.

They are having some good conversation about this lot over here. They even got the guy running the auctions to post there! http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=3&threadid=8471&enterthread=y

Why don't they have many Nintendo first party games in any of those lots? Are these Canadian multilingual versions?

These are all later release titles. As for the languages, they aren't sure.

I don't think there are many (if any) multilingual NES games that aren't first party. All third party games I had as a kid were english only.

Yeah, it's amazing. The bids will be through the roof, but I will certainly try my hand. I'm mostly interested in some of the GB games.

I think it is good to get some more later releases out there. Maybe it will help to bring the prices down a little. Probably not, but maybe.

HOLY.... wow. They even have new "Play it Loud" gameboys. Those things are as hard to find in box as hen's teeth.

The auction that went for the most was the one with the sealed Bonk's Adventure in it, which went for almost $7500. The lot with the sealed Final Fight Guy in it sold for about $6250, and one of the ones with a sealed Aero Fighters went for less than $2200. The one with the sealed Bubble Bobble Part 2 went for about $4275. None of these prices are to scale with what I was expecting (although, in fairness, I don't recall ever having seen a sealed Bonk's Adventure or Final Fight Guy before).
