Anagrama's link has all you need to know, but suffice to say, the Japanese got a bunch of really cool limited edition DC's (we just have the normal, Sega Sports and European; the box for the Sonic Pack is also different from normal).
The R7 is one of the easier to come by - the "Dreamcast Direct", of which 78 were made, sold for over 2 grand on ebay last month.

Yea that red Biohazard one is badass. I think gamechoice wanted 500 for one. Too rich for my blood.
