So there are not many online games out for wii right now....... (probably someone will differ from my opinion) ya i know Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl are online but i need some variety, I have Medal of Honor Heroes 2 and i love that (by the way drunk mario is my name there check me out) any other online wii titles that are affordable?

By the way I should change the title of this topic to Budget Wi-Fi Wii Titles........

The three you listed are the only ones worth playing in my opinion, with Mario Kart Wii having just about the best online play I've ever experienced, especially on consoles.

I think the WiiWare Dr. Mario has online play, that's probably the only other one worth getting for online. Endless Ocean is fun and has a WiFi mode, but it doesn't add much to the game in my opinion.

I'll second Dr. Mario.

There are some really good players online ... and over the years I had completely forgotten just how great the game was (in the genre of Tetris type puzzlers).

I've heard good things about Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, and if the online is anything like the PSP versions (which are outstanding for the PSP) it should be a very good-to-great online FPS, and I believe the only online one currently on the Wii.

Mario Kart Wii is great online, other than the friend codes.

How about Battalion Wars 2? Guitar Hero III?

FIFA 08 has online, but most of the matches I've played have had a lot of lag.

Super Mario Strikers plays fine online, but it forces you to play two matches in a row, which leads to a lot of drops.

Medal of Honor is decent enough for what it is (generic WWII deathmatch or capture the flag) but the lack of voice chat make any of the team modes kind of useless IMO.

Smash Bros is good online if you are playing agianst friends. I've only been able to get into a handful of open matches, and they just felt almost like I was just paying against bots.

The nice thing about the EA games is that they have their own system, it's kind of a hassle to set up but once you do, you have stuff like friends lists, messaging, etc that can go between the different EA games. It would be nice if Nintendo did something similar for their own games.

The lack of chat makes Wii online suck pretty badly...however...my friends and I use Skype instead. Not a bad alternative if you have a laptop you can sit next to you while you play...in fact, it works pretty well even if you have the skype video running.

Just to offer a different perspective: I've never really played online games, so to me, not having voice chat is fine. I've been playing Mario Kart Wii online a lot recently and it's a lot of fun. I can't imagine voice chat adding much to the experience. What would I say to other people during the race? I can't think of anything.

After not playing online for a while, hearing some of the stupid gibberish uttered in GTA4 makes me usually unplug my headset anyway.

Some sort of messaging system in Nintendo's titles would be good though, in case you wanted to do something like set up a match.
