Galaxy Invader 1000 (handheld)

I had one of these as a kid and played it soooooooooooo much. So, naturally, I need one. What I want to know is if it was ever released in the US. There are a bunch on eBay in Australia, like this one:

It's quite possible that I got it in England.

It's just a crappy Space Invaders game (as you can see in the auction above).... but it's my childhood!

Yes! I had one from the US. It was sold by Radio Shack under the Tandy label. I played the hell out of mine. If I remember correctly, it was actually possible to beat the game. I don't remember the official title, but I remember the text 'fire-a-way' or something like it.

Well I have one for sale without the battery cover and I'm from Canada so it must have been released in North America at some time.
