I know some people with fantastic "home arcades", and was wondering who might have one here, and how many coin-op cabinets you've got in your home.

Share! With pictures, preferably.

I've just got one, it's a Nintendo Punch-Out!! cabinet but I've also got the boards for the sequel Super Punch-Out!! and Nintendo's sleeper Arm Wrestling. Great stuff, and it's all I'll ever have in the house I'm in now.

I have 2 - A Mario Bros. widebody, and an Astro Laser cocktail. I also have a gutted Tempest in storage. Been thinking about tossing a 19" TV & a Jaguar in there & making it a T2K machine.

Somewhere in the 20-25 area, plus another dozen in storage. No pics yet, since I haven't been able to organize anything since "the move".

Hightlights include Tempest coctail, Neo Geo MVS, Asteroids Deluxe, Battlezone cabaret, Turbo cabaret, Star Wars cockpit (with ESB daughterboard) & PlayChoice 10. Everything else is pretty much crappy looking conversions, Road Blasters, Capcom Bowling, Elevator Action and so on, plus a few dozen boards that I really want to put in cabinets one day (Donkey Kong, Life Force, Simpsons, Turtles 2 for starters)

I've got an Arch Rivals machine in my garage that I've been meaning to turn into a MAME machine for years now. It's in a nice Zookeeper cabinet, so at least it looks pretty.

I've also got some C&D boards that I've been meaning to shove into a machine some day.

I currently only have a Xenophobe cabinet which housed Tecmo Knight. I have converted this into a MAME cabinet. I wish I had the room to set up my ultimate arcade/bar, but that is on hold until after I add on to the house. There is only one dedicated cabinet that am looking to add, and that is Missile Command. Thank God for MAME!

I've got a Double Dragon arcade machine, but I don't think it's in the original cabinet. Maybe someone was just stupid and painted over the sides. :o I don't know jack about arcade machines, maybe someone can help me out. I'll have pics posted this evening.

I've gpt two in my parent's garage, Tron & Pac-Man. Tron used to work but the spinner crapped out and I have it partially disassembled. I just got Pac-Man yesterday from a friend. It doesn't work though. It is complete except for the back door and has a pretty nice cabinet. I just downloaded the manual laast night and hopefully I can screw around with it this weekend. The screen flashes bad W RAM and there is a fuse missing.

I'll get some pics later

In the game room:
Donkey Kong Jr.
Mappy (needs some TLC. I think the monitor conked out.)
Roadblasters
Dr. Who Pinball
Jamma cabinet (Final Fight Stickers, Yie Are Kung Fu Header, 2 joystick/12 button control panel) A dozen or so Jamma boards.
Robotron cabinet turned into a MAME machine (Robotron was rescued after being converted to a Crown's Golf)

The room also has a couple Atari storage displays and a Dreamcast store display unit.

I HAD 3 until I had kids and moved. Columns, John elways QB, and Gate of Doom (I think?).

They were cheap when I bought them at the arcade I used to hang out at.

I have four in my game room and what a pain in the ass it was getting them up a flight of stairs with a turn in it. >:(

The games are Shinobi, Ms. Pac Man, Assault, and Space Invader. All are in working order and are in the original cabinets.

I have a Dragon's Lair cab that was turned into a Ninja Gaiden cab, and is now in my hands and has been converted into a MAME cab. I'll have pictures as soon as I put the second joystick in and drill holes to add extra buttons.

I also have an empty Sinistar cab in the basement.

here's pic of my Double Dragon machine. I know it looks like there's a big crack or something running across the screen, but that's just a reflection caused by the flash.

What I would like to know is what has been done to this machine? When you more experienced people start using words like dedicated cab and such I get totally lost. Is this one not worth anything? Thanks for any info. :)

Two in the house and another 18 to 20 in storage. I did have them all in the house, but two kids took care of that. Hopefully we'll be moving sometime this year, and they can all come back in the house.

@ Quintracker

That Monitor bezel and the cab shape... looks like it used to be a Joust.
My converted Joust was painted over with Brown paint, but I can still barely see the original Joust artwork beneath the "brown"
If you lightly sanded the paint, in a test area, I bet you would find Joust artwork

I've got a Street Fighter II (Original, not Champion)
http://erinb.freeshell.org/pics/adam/arcade2.JPG

and also a ancient cocktail style Breakout machine of unknown name / make (It's very, very Japanese, I don't know much about it). I've cleaned up the SFII a good bit, and started restoring some damaged art on it, but that Breakout table is a little iffy.. Cosmetically, it's great, looks brand new, but inside it's dusty, and even considering touching any of the dip-switches makes the monitor strobe, hehe- It works just fine single player, but two player mode makes it unhappy. For $20 from Salvation Army though, I'm quite happy with it.

No machines yet, though I'm seriously considering trying to get a Jaleco Pony cab eventually. (Ironic, condsidering I just went through the trouble to build a Supergun and I'm looking at getting a cab.)

Got 3 boards tho, a 2 slot Neo, a ST-V, and Armed Police Batrider.

Mine:
http://tom61.arcadecontrols.com/collect_pics/Feb18%2305.jpg

Dynamo 19" cab, P.O.W. dedicated (dedicated=came from the factory as this game), has a rotatable monitor. I've got a few Jamma boards for it, as well as the J-Pac and ArcadeVGA from ultimarc.com (which lets me play Mame and other emulators on the cab).

Note: the boxes and stuff next to the cab have been cleaned up a bit, and the pinball may soon be traded/sold.

My brother has an empty Omega Race cab in his room that he was going to make into a mame cab, but hasn't yet.

There's a guttted Jamma cab (I think it was a Sega Basegame originally) on the back pordh that needs something done with it.

I might be getting another vid by trading the Trident pinball.

I have a Sega Spider-Man converted to a MAME cab. It has a 27" SVGA monitor (max res 800x600) and a HotRod SE joystick. My wife and I are fixing up the room it's in to be arcade themed.

Not sure what I'm going to do next - buy/build a cocktail cab, or buy a SlikStik CO2. The thing that sucks about the SlikStik is that it's way oversized for most cabinets but it has all the controls I want. What do you guys think? Cocktail or SlikStik? Keep in mind that I don't have wood working tools.
