Hello,

Usually rare games sucks, game-wise. Darxide for 32X sold more than 800 on ebay. But this game utterly sucks. (see video on youtube)

I think the rarity index would be enhanced if it had a way to tell us: this game is good. it is fun to play.
I want to get a rare game that is truly fun to play. Much more worth it than buying gayness, for beauty contest on a shelve.

What is your rarest and complete game, + game has to be fun and good game-wise.

I don't have any yet. But I find difficult to buy a complete Knuckles Chaotix for the 32X and people say it is one of the best 32X games fun-wise.

I don't own it any more, but Panzer Dragoon Saga. Not the rarest, but rare enough and REALLY good. Same goes for the original Valkyrie Profile

Radiant Silvergun is a fairly obvious place to start, as are many of the rarer/more expensive PS1 games like Tombi 1 and Kula World/Roll Away.

I don't believe Snatcher is rare, but it's bloody expensive and one of my favorite games ever.

Space Invaders Virtual Collection for Virtual Boy. Sells for around $300 and worth every penny.

Judging a game based on a Youtube video is ridiculous. Darxide is valuable because it's both rare and probably the best game released for the 32X. I own a copy, as well as a PAL 32X and I think it's an incredible game. It's like Elite but really enhanced and fast paced.

Mine is Zero The Kamikaze Squirrel (SNES, R7). It's a spin-off of the Aero The Acro-Bat series, and a solid platformer.

Raystorm for the PS1 is an R7, and damn fun.

It's on the second Taito collection. Definitely worth picking up if you can't find the original (or even just to give your original a rest).

Is that like being the best game for the Nuon, or the Virtual Boy, or Laseractive?

;););)

Knowing how some people feel about the 32X, I just had to throw that in there. But then again, I have a 32X, Nuon, and Laseractive, so what does that say about me?

I would have to go with Guilty Gear (R7) and Klonoa (R6).
They are very good and worth every penny. ;)

Spoken like someone who has never played it! Darxide most certainly does not suck. It's certainly better than nearly everything else on the 32X (although admittedly that's not saying much). Personally, I found Chaotix to be pretty awful.

Therein lies your problem in creating a 'fun' rating - too much personal taste involved.

Little Samson is one of the best games, and hardests to come by, on the NES. That one gets my vote.

Magical Chase for TG-16. I just recently picked this up and I am loving every minute!

I paid $125 for a complete Card Fighters Clash 2: Expand Edition, and as soon as I get a NGPC I'll pay that again, happily. CFC2 even with the pain of a translation guide may be one of the best games ever made.

I don't think you saw when I posted about it, but Flavor of the Neo-Geo forums completed his full translation of the game a few months back. Search for it in classic gaming and you can find the info.

When I think rare and fun, the first game that comes to mind is Magical Chase.

You might be surprised at this, but I actually like a couple of the games on the Caltron 6-in-1 (NES)...specifically, Magic Carpet (think Arabian-themed horizontal shmup) and Cosmos Cop (somewhat of a cross between 3D Worldrunner and Starfox).

Intelligent Qube for Playstation was a pretty fun and unique puzzle game... and it's pretty hard to come by.
