Best Speed to write xbox games?

im wondering what speed shall i write my xbox games at,, because i have tried a couple of times (cant remember what speed:S) but they didnt work and cant seem to find a place that tells you.. so if anyone does write xbox games what is the best speed to do it at,, so you get a perfect game no errors etc??
