I have a Donkey Kong Jr. cabinet that was converted into a Playchoice 10 cabinet, so the standard Nintendo monitor was turned on it's side. Everything works fine except that on the monitor the black colors all shows up as blue. I have tried adjusting the Blue bias and drive with no avail. If anyone knows how I could fix this or has any help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How blue are we talking about? Like sky blue, or just a tiny bit of blue? Picture, plz.

So your saying that you tried adjusting the Red, Green, and Blue adjustment knobs on the video board?

On the board and on the CRT. I'll try and take a video of how the screen looks today and adjust the Blue knobs to show you how the screen changes. I'll post a few pics too.

Haven't been able to take a video yet, but here's a few shots of how the screen looks. When I adjust the Blue Bias and what not, it will get darker or lighter and blue lines will appear across the screen.

Yikes! Either you have a shorted blue drive transistor on your neckboard (check that first) or you have a shorted blue gun in the neck. If it's the first...replace the transistor. If it's the latter, you may be able to rejuvenate the tube and remove the short. If not, tube replacement time. Sorry.

I'm assuming this still comes up bright blue even with no input?

I'll have to check and see, but it sounds like this might be a job for a techie, i've never worked on monitor tubes so I would have no idea where to even begin.
