Hey guys,
I was wondering if there was any SNES flash carts that use the US SNES cartridge, also if there are can they play translated roms and such?

yes
i bought a snes flash cart from http://www.tototek.com/
its worked fine for me. for a case i just opened up a spare super mario world and replaced the inards with the flash cart. i had to snip out a few plastic tabs in the cart but it fits perfect now.
*UPDATE*
oh, apperently they are out of stock of the snes cart...
hmmm cool... they'll restock it ;p thanks! so with some cuttin it fits in an SNES cart nps and can just plug it in a unconverted SNES?
