Ok, had a blast playing Spot and Gauntlet 2 the other day with some friends, but off the top of my head, cant think of many other NES 4 player games..

Magic Johnson Fast Break
Spot
Gauntlet 2
World Cup Soccer
Super Spike Volleyball
