Pacman has been given temporary bans at least twice for doing this. Third time's a charm, dot gobbler. I've already explained multiple times in PM's that we have no control over when users come and go, we do not give our user's private e-mail addresses, and that with Google I was able to track down the guy in about 45 seconds. I've personally warned and banned Pacman multiple times over the past year about this issue. Enough is enough.
