Gameboy Player ?

I just picked up in a n64 lot of all things, a gamecube gameboy player. My question is what is needed to run this thing? All that came with it was the black base. Does it need any wires or discs to run?? Any info would be appreciated.

the gameboy player need a start up disc, no wires just remove the correct panel from the bottom of the GC and attach the player to the GC

So it is worthless as is?? Is there anywhere to find a startup disc??

Nintendo.com used to sell the start up disc, but I believe they are like 15 a piece.

If you are friendly with your local Gamestop employees, yu could always ask if they have a loose disc laying around. Ya never know.

yea the disks are not always easy to come by

Around here a complete Gameboy player (base unit with disk) goes from $40 - $50
