Little Red Hood - NES - DP Guide Mistake?

In the DP Guide #7, in the US Game Releases section for the NES, the entry for Little Red Hood says "...it's probably a good thing it was only confined to Australia."

If so, why is it in the US section?

Unless I'm mistaken it was released by Sachen which is a borderline pirate company. It got a US "release" but was never sold at retail as far as I know.

Sachen games are in the US section in the 7th edition, in the database they are reclassified in the Non US section.
