I recently won an eBay auction for a Famicom A/V.
Here is a link to the auction (with pictures): http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=270243786750

Now my question is... will the included AC Power Supply work for me (since I'm from North America, and the Power Supply is Japanese). I do not wanna fry or harm my system, so the advice ou guys give me is what I'll follow.

The item just arrived a few hours ago, and I'm dying to fire it up...

If it means anything, here is what's written on the AC Adapter:
AC-ADAPTER
MODEL HVC-002
AC100V 50/60Hz 18VA
DC10V 850mA

If the above AC Power Supply will not work in my country (Canada), can you tell me what I will need to play it?
Thanks in advance to all who reply.

Dan :-)

I have a A/V fami as well and yhea, as scream said it will work fine in NA. jp uses almost the same voltage as us. 110v i beleive and we use 120v. so the ac adaptor may be very slightly hotter in a NA outlet.

it will still work fine

though if you really want to be extra carful or if your paranoid about such things (as i am)
you can always buy a step down converter. i use one for all my jp systems and i think it was pretty cheap from what i remember. its not necissary but if it brings you piece of mind i would get one.

The step-down is not a bad idea, but remember that those AC adapters are designed to operate at a pretty wide range of voltages. Voltages in the average American home vary from 80-130V or more. The adapter will easily handle it, but the extra peace of mind is never bad :)

Man, you're lucky you got a power supply, as factory sealed ones don't come with ANT cables at ALL! Luckily for me, Genny 1 power supplies work perfectl!
