How to spot a factory sealed SNES game?

I just bought three SNES games that I believe are factory sealed. Thy appear to be brand new. On the back, there is a kind of flap-like thing where the two piece of plastic wrap overlap. There are vertical seams on the sides of the boxes. Can anyone tell me if they sound like they are factory sealed, or only resealed?

If you can include a picture I think people would be able to tell you better if it is a genuine sealed game or not. It sounds like it from your description but the picture would help.
