Parappa the Rapper

I've been a fan of Parappa since the first game came out. I bought it brand new at full price, even! My favorite in the trilogy is Um Jammer Lammy, but my favorite song comes from Parappa 2 (the video game level, definitely) PJ Berri is my favorite character, just because he's a DJ. ^_^

I have yet to play Parappa 2, but I'd agree that I liked Um Jammer more than the original Parappa. The best level has to be the outhouse one though.

I used to SUCK at PaRappa, DDR changed that, somewhat.

Parappa was the game that made me want a PSX. Seriously.

The whole concept just blew me away. Keep in mind, I'd been out of gaming for a while at that point and I had no idea how far games had come.

When I finally got to play it, I wasn't dissapointed. Short? Yes it is, but very fun. Good party game, even if there's no two player mode.

When I went to rent it I was like "Hrmmm..." I asked the guy what the game was like he replyed with "It's kind of like simon says, its really weird..". Then I couldnt figure out how to play the damn thing.

i only played the first. i remember when i got it for christmas the year it came out, it was friggin great hehehe. to bad i beat it that very morning :D

I missed out on the first Parappa game on the PS1 but I thoroughly enjoyed Um Jammer Lammy so I was looking forward to Parappa 2 on the PS2... god was I disappointed! :( Finished it first go. Um Jammer Lammy was much harder.
