Here is my brother's SNES collection. He's been buying games with his paper route money for about two years now. He turns 16 in November! Starting him early :D
He even has a sealed R6!

A good collector. Instead of mtrying to collect for all systems at once he is focusing on one and getting a wonderful compilation of games.

Very impressive!
I'm 19, I have a full time job, and some money to burn. The sad thing is, I don't even have half the SNES games he does. :(

Nice looking collection.
Definitely a good start. How many does he have in total?

I'm only 14 so I have awhile to go before getting a job. But your brother can get a good min. wage job. Not sure if it will be better than the paper route though.

Nice collection. SNES is one of the all-time greats you can't go wrong with it :)

Looks like 185.
Awesome collection so far. Cool to see such a retro collecting passion in a younger person.

That is very impressive. I can't imagine doing that on a paper-route's salary.
Looking at the picture I have a question. That is an odd way to store the games, don't people trip on them? Most people put a rug in that part of their living room, but I like the snes look better. ;)
Thank you, you've been a great audience. Have a safe drive home!

Impressive amount of games.
I only have 47 x SNES games; about 75 x N64, 100 x PSone, 2 x GX4000, 1 x Jaguar, 10 x GameCube, 6 x NES, 14 x SMS, about 20 x MegaDrive. I thought I was doing well!!
Make sure you keep the collection; and have a spare SNES unit while you are at it (they can fail after many years, like any electronics can potentially).

Very cool, I'm 16 as well, and have been collecting since I was 12 I believe. SNES was what I started with as well, mostly buying from GameStop when they was cleaning that stuff. I've expanded to buying pretty everything I can find now, with isn't much these days. I'm getting my license in a couple months and I personally kind wait to go thrifting whenever I want!

Thanks everyone!
He has been collecting SNES pretty much since he got a couple bucks and I took him to his first flea market. Now we go every Sunday!
He first collected just SNES. Now he collects Genesis, N64, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Game Cube, and Wii. His collections are growing!
I collect anything 8bit and below and he covers 16bit and up. Together we'll fill the house!

very nice. I just started collecting for the genesis after selling off a nice DC collection I built up (also have had a full neo geo pocket collection and a nice saturn collection)

Good looking collection! Would you advise him to only focus on one company's systems, I.E Only Nintendo systems. It gets confusing if you buy just anything, As I did. It is his collection though.
Also advise him to, While buying for as little as possible, Not to pass up something if he can't get the price he wants for it - If he thinks it is a good deal. I passed up a boxed N64 with a box of games (Good ones like Conker) For $30 and regret it.

That's a good bulk of SNES games for someone who's 16 and paying with a paper route. Think you could list some of the more appealing games in the bunch? Only so many stand out in the picture that I can identify.

Nice picture but it would be nice to have a list with it since you can't see what most of the games are :)
I'm also wondering how much of this he found in the wild and how much did he get online, at least a rought estimate or maybe some stories about some of the better finds in the wild like if he found something worth decent money in the wild for a few bucks.
