No offense, but that'd be a horrible trade. That just seems like you're trying to rip someone off.

My $70 game for your $20 game? No thanks, you have to offer more then that.

You may want to check out www.gametz.com for trades, but...well, good-luck.

Yeah, the correct numbers.

x2 is more like $20-$25, and Earthbound has risen to around $65-$70. Where are you getting your numbers from?

ah there's your problem right there. VGC in general is a horrible price guide. Kind of funny since that's their main purpose... Anyway, your best bet for checking the value of games is searching completed listings on ebay. Prices fluctuate often (the last time I checked, Earthbound was $55 for instance), and ebay is a good way to keep up. Some collectors may scoff at this practice, but a game is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and ebay is the quickest way to find that magical amount. It's also rare that they WON'T have a game, save for the uber rares.

So in summary: ebay good, everything else (especially VGC) bad

Earthbound has went up in the last 1-2 years, at least for complete copies, I would assume the same is true for cart only also.

I agree, but you would be surprised how many people only want to use E-Bay as a guide when it favors them.
