Do they?
I'm trying to do the SNES Mini 50/60Hz mod (http://mbrandel.vizionaires.net/?page_id=37) but I can't seem to find any outlet that carries such XTALs, only bulk distributors.
I was thinking about getting a PAL SNES Mini and modding that instead since the PAL SNES carries the 17.734476Mhz XTAL and then getting the NTSC XTAL from a SFX game (it has the required speed), but that would mean that I wouldn't be able to play my NTSC SA-1 games (Mario RPG, etc.) due to the CIC chip region.
I was about to give up but today I was at a flea market and spotted a Xbox look alike Famiclone which had the top of the case broken and there was a 21.47727Mhz XTAL in there:

The same guy had a PowerStation and througt the cartridge slot I could see the same XTAL, so I'm assuming that all Famiclones have it. Then I thought about buying a PAL Famiclone on eBay and rip the XTAL from it but I want to make sure before getting one.
