Has anyone ordered games from The GOAT Store?

Has anyone ordered from the classic gaming website, www.goatstore.com? I placed an order and received an email that they had gotten my payment received on July 14th. I checked on it and my order had still not shipped, sent a HelpDesk ticket to get helped but that too hasn't gotten a reply. I can't seem to get in contact with anyone to see what is going on.

I have never heard anything negative I have only heard positive things about goatdan and his store.

I ordered a few Jaguar games years ago. No problems that I recall, although my package was torn open and checked by customs on the way across the border, according to the labels plastered across it when I received my bounty. The games were as described, and I believe they were shipped reasonably quickly.
