So does anyone have a Total Control 3? It lets you use Sega Saturn controllers on your Dreamcast. It even works with the Saturn Twinsticks.

I assume if I get the Saturn Twinsticks and the Total Control 3 then it would save me a lot in the long run because I could also use them on the DC. Whereas if I got the DC Twinsticks I don't believe there is a way to use them with my Saturn.

Anyone know the Pros and or Cons of the Total Control 3? Here is a link to one on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/Saturn-controller-to-Dreamcast-adapter-Total-Control-3_W0QQitemZ310067792139QQihZ021QQcategoryZ139969QQ ssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem).

One can plug into the side of it.

I don't own one myself but yes, it will allow you to use the Saturn TwinStick on the Dreamcast.

I haven't used it in quite some time, but I have one -- worked quite well for using a jpn saturn controller to play mark of wolves. I don't recall any issues. I remember researching which converter is best of that sort of thing and coming up with the total control 3.

hope that helps.

Cool! Thanks for all the info! I'll certainly be getting one of these.

The little device just sounded too good to be true so I thought I would ask around before ordering...

I think I have the Total Control 2. If i remember correctly, it doesn't have the VMU port but does have ports for Saturn, PlayStation and keyboards. I only think I've tried it with the keyboard, not the pads.

I've got one, and it indeed works with the Saturn twin sticks and a Dreamcast VMU for playing Virtual On on a Dreamcast.
