I was wondering if anyone could tell me what version of the Commodore 1541 Disk Drive I have, and if it is worth more or less than the other ones.

That would be the "1541 C" that was released along side the remodeled "Commodore 64 C".

1541s are worth... well... not a heck of a lot. The 1541C might be worth a tad more, but we're talking a few bucks. The 41C didn't stay out on the market for very long (it was quickly replaced by the 1541-II).
