Congrats, you got a good deal. I just sold my last factory sealed one for $179:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=310068869521&ssPageName=STRK:MESO:IT&ih=021. I've never seen them used but I would guess they could go for anywhere from $30-70.
