Mortal Kombat: Deception Premium Pack questions

Could someone give me a list of what should be included in a Mortal Kombat: Deception Premium Pack for the ps2, please? Inserts, discs, cases, etc.

I'm not sure if i was jipped on anything when i bought it used. It looked like it included everything, but to be honest, i wasn't 100% sure what it should have came with anyway.

On the outside box that both cases are in, it has SLUS-21081 and SLUS-21101 listed. Yet on the 2 inside cases, i checked the discs, and only SLUS-21081 was there, plus SLUS-20881, which is the code for the normal Mortal Kombat - Deception. Both disc's match there cases that they are in, just not the outside box slus numbers.

Does this set normally come with Mortal Kombat - Deception SLUS-20881 disc?
Is this set supposed to come with a SLUS-21101 disc? (anybody got a picture of it?)
If so, does it have its own special case?, or just packaged in the other 2 cases?

There is only 1 Mortal Kombat: Deception Premium Pack version for the ps2, correct?

Hopefully some people own this and can help me out. :(

I just checked mine that I bought brand new and it is exactly how you described it, with discs 20881 and 21081 even though on the bigger box it says 21101

I bought my copy new, and it matches the way you described the used one you bought.

The slipcover lists 21101 as the serial number on mine, too. However, the serial numbers on the inside cases are 21081 for the premium version and 20881 for the normal version. In addition to this, the premium disc comes with a Brady Games mini guide and a metal card.
