Finally I have a Sega Mega Drive Nitro Adaptor. Firs of all I am not sure if this is called a Nitro adaptor 2, or mega key 2. The box says Nitro Adaptor, but the sticker on it said Mega Key. This will let you play any region genesis, or mega drive game on any region genesis or mega drive. Even the games like Alien Soldier with territory lockout. I have never seen one of these on ebay. They are illegal to sell on there. I once got away selling a Datel CDX cart on ebay, that lets you play any region sega cd/mega CD game on any region genesis/mega drive for over $200.00. That is really the only basis I have to go by on this one.

I believe the PAL version of Panzer Dragoon Saga goes for a comparable price to what the US version goes for. As for the Nitro Adapter/Mega Key Genesis adapter---I got mine off of ebay two years ago for about $8.00. Granted mine doesn't have a box or instructions but it's apparently the same thing. But I would peg yours at atleast $20-40.
