It depends on how much you're willing to spend on shelving for games. There's a fantastic shelving system at Fry's Electronics that's capable of holding hundreds of DVD cases, but it's $300 there (I have seen it online for $240, however). If you're handy with a hammer and don't mind getting your hands dirty (and varnished) you could always build them yourself. On the one hand, you'd get exactly the dimensions you're wanting that way, but on the other hand, if you're not good at building things, it could turn into a disaster. But to get a shelf that'll hold a whole lot of games will cost a few bucks, whichever route you go.

Here's something I saw on the internet the other day... super cheap for the amount of shit it holds. I should know as I paid like $80 bucks for something very similar at Big Lots a few months ago. The 1st post on the page describes the deal and how to get it... the links actually take you to the website for ordering.

I actually just bought a couple of shelves at work today. $8 a pop. I needed a place to hold my GC games as my main shelf has too many Xbox games. So basically what I am saying is look at Goodwill and thrift stores. All the Goodwills near me happen to have the same shelf I bought at Wal-Mart:

This isn't quite it, the one I bought doesn't have storage on the doors, and it was a lot cheaper, but I wished I had checked Goodwill first, I could have saved $10. Check those places out first, as they might have what you are looking for.

Don't forget the almighty Sterilite! Not so good for CD/DVD cases but, works wonders for nearly everything else. Plus, they're cheap and modular.
