Paid 20 for it. Looks kinda neat, bootleg as hell. Did I nab a deal?

Looks like a normal bootleg, nothing special. $20 is probably about right.

Now a days you should be getting GB and GBA bootlegs for around $10. Paying $20 is alittle too much unless theres every sinlge game you've ever wanted on the cart.

I have no idea what's on the cart. It's odd, obscure and cheap. That's all it needed :)
