C128 w/original disks score...

Heya all,

I've never been very good with Commodore stuff, but this was given to me and I couldn't resist - c128 w/ a metric crapton of disks, many original - the Epyx olympics games, Ghosts and Goblins, all the Zorks... disk only but hell, first time I've even seen all this.

I have a Commodore monitor... but no power or disk drive for the unit. Technically can't even test the disks :(

Would it be worth it to scrounge for a disk drive or would this be of *extreme* interest to someone... I'm curious to see what G&G is like on the C128 :D

If you enjoy retrogaming in general, I would definitely say it is worth it to aggressively pursue getting a disk drive and power supply for it. Commodore 128's are a little harder to come by than a Commodore 64, so you got a pretty darn good deal (free!). Even though the individual original disks don't have the original boxes, they're still nice to have regardless.
