Ys Eternal/Complete (PC or PS2) Opinions?

I have always wanted to try the remakes of Ys 1 & 2 for either the PS2 or PC. Anybody play them and have some opinions on them? Which one is better...can i run the PC version on my US PC with Vista? etc..Any info. would be appreciated

Although its pretty anoying to make Ys PC work, it´s a blessing that they made a English Patch that can be downloaded easily, i´ll stick on PC version, better Graphics and NO F****ing loadings in almost EVERY screen.
