Okay, since we're running an RPG list right now, and my main focus is NES at the moment... is there an existant NES RPG list, or shall we compile one now?

What about Zelda 1? I have a couple more that at least look like RPGs from the titles... Legacy of the Wizard? How about the AD+D games? We seem to have one for and one against Deadly Towers...

well thats all I could think of too...unless you want to add Deadly Towers to the mix...that is if someone actually likes that game. LOL

theres not as many rpgs on nes as i thought there were.

King's Quest is not an RPG.. no stats system.. it's an Adventure game.

Personally I dont see it as a RPG, but since Faxanadu is also on that list:

Swords and Serpents... i don't know how much of my youth was wasted playing this horrible game.....
I'm pretty sure Legacy of the Wizard is not an RPG. I couldn't stand to play for very long but it seemed like a platformer to me.

It's been awhile since I've played Legacy of the Wizard. It definitely has platform aspects but it seemed to have some RPG aspects as well (different characters you could use, items to find, etc).
Also, I haven't played every game on this list, but I'm suspecting some of them are just sword and sorcery/fantasy games and not RPGs.
