Madden NFL 09 For Original XBOX?

I thought original xbox games were officially done being made? They are releasing madden 09 for original xbox. Im pretty sure if i remember correctly, madden 08 was the last game realeased for the xbox. And i thought it was supposed to end the xbox game sales. It was even a long time before madden 08 when the last xbox game was made. It seems weird.

Why is EA even bothing with the Xbox version..

I think its a good idea, theres a lot of people out there yet that still only have Xbox's or Playstation 2's, or both and would prefer a Xbox version since they usually turned out slightly better.
