Madden NFL 09 en Espanol

I guess this is a first, noticed it while cruising around Amazon today. It's a US NTSC version, but tagged with "En Espanol" graphics and a Hispanic cover athlete. I assume the commentary (and perhaps the soundtrack?) is in Spanish, along with in-game menus, etc.

For Xbox 360 and PS3.

EDIT: looks like there was an En Espanol version of Madden 08 for PS2 and Xbox 360 last year. Don't remember hearing anything about that, though. Anybody have one?

Most retailers didn't carry it in store, AFAIK.

Best Buy was online-only, and I was lucky enough to have someone return the 360 version to the store. There's no way I'd pay full price for it, so I've waited until it hits clearance to get it(clearance games are 1/2 price at my store).

When I do get it, it'll stay sealed. Might be uncommon, but I don't think it'll be OMG RARE or anything.

Wasn't the box + game for SNES Chavez II done completely in Spanish or was that just certain versions?
