I found this on ebay

http://64.233.179.104/translate_c?hl=en&sl=fr&tl=en&u=http://cgi.ebay.com/CONSOLE-SUPER-FAMICOM-EN-BOITE-30-JEUX-2-MANETTES_W0QQitemZ300248331769QQihZ020QQcategoryZ3 594QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD2VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZ p1638Q2em122%23ebayphotohosting&usg=ALkJrhh5qKV_DklO-Wv5iWzev8iHMjaVWg

It was in french so I translated it. I figure there are a lot of games that I don't really care for that I could resell. Sorry if this sounds really noobish but I'm new to collecting Super Famicom. I definetly have the money to buy it but I don't want to get jipped ya know. Some of the games I don't even remotely know what they are. Maybe soem veterans can help me out.

Not a good deal. Quite pricey for that lot. Plus they want 25GBP (~$50) for shipping to England, so you can imagine what that that would cost to the US.

Super Famicom mega lots are quite cheap -- I bought something like 152 games, half of which were minty/boxed, for under $100 shipped to my home (I'm in Japan, though, and this was on Yahoo auctions). Wait...

I'm in the U.S. and don't speak any Japanese.

Um, but you're wanting to buy a lot sold in French, from France? I don't see the difference, except games originating from Japan are usually cheaper in Japan.

Look, there are auction services that will bid on Japanese auctions for you and ship them to the US. It's not all that cheap, but I can guarantee you'll get a better find than that.

If you're going to overpay, at least overpay for something in you own country, I think.

Smork is right, Y!J would probably be your best bet.

I've checked and they have nothing I'm looking for.

Um, dude -- there's as of this writing 14,268 separate autions of Super Famicom stuff on Yahoo Auctions:

http://list4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/22852-category.html

There's nothing in that 14,268 that interests you?

Not even 110 games + a system for ~$130US (http://page6.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f65269330)

OK, then.

Well sorry, it's kind of hard to worksomething in an entirely different language.

When I tried to search for Super Famicom all that came up were 5 items, so maybe I did something wrong, but can you blame me?

you should do some research, find some games that interest you and buy them separate. i would wait it out and buy a system from someone in the states, so you can save a little on shipping. buying a big lot like this is fun and all, but shipping is going to kill you, and at best you'll break even selling the games you dont care for.

Hey, I'm not trying to be hard on you; I'm trying to be helpful. Y!A is a great resource - and there are both translation services (auction helpers) and companies that bid for you and ship the item(s) to you.

Lots of people speak little to no Japanese and still order stuff from Y!A...

Saferkefka has some good advice about the console. You may even consider something like an FC Twin, so you can play Famicom games if you want as well....

Yeah, I used an online intermediary service to buy some games and junk off of Y!A. Easy process, probably more so than Ebay.
