This is my outrun 3d! The guy bought it off me for an insane $285...although it really is only worth about $125 IMHO. He basically JUST received it, and its now auctioning it with a reserve. Does he think he is going to get more than what he paid? Or did his wife bitch at him for spending such a wild amount? Who knows...

I sold my Radiant Silvergun to some guy in Germany for $140 not too long ago, and he sold it for $210 (equivalent) in Germany's eBay. i guess he knew he could sell it for more in his home country because the shipping would be lower.

That's INSANE, I'd never pay more than $50 for a complete copy. Hell I saw a complete one sell for less than $50 just about 2 months ago.

I know I would OWN my husband for spending that much :P
There's no way anyone could think they would get more than what you got. He probably just realized that he can't afford it. It'd be interesting to see what the reserve is.

Looks like its going to be a last minute surge of activity. I don't think it will go over $100 myself.

Some people said it would go for about $50. I guess that's what it's worth.....but without the reserve met, he's under no obligation to sell it.

No but he is obligated to keep it.
DOH!!
If he lives overseas and he paid with Paypal I hope it been over 30 days. Would suck to get an email from Paypal saying your payment was contested. Desperate people do desperate things.
