I don't know I was thinking and I thought Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games is gonna be a rare title in the future. How about any other games you guys think will be rare in the future?

What I want to know is if anybody who rushes out to buy "omg soon to be R@R3 OMG L@@K" titles has ever made their money back selling them in the future. Law of averages and the lack of interest in most last-gen (PS2/Xbox/GC gen) rares means that you're bound to be just buying a bunch of crap.
Anyhow, the game is apparently not so great. Mario's got to sell this game by himself; Sonic's certainly hovering around the nadir of his career (hopefully that was a few years back, but it hasn't gotten significantly better as of late).
But it's a Mario game for the Wii; how could it possibly be rare? Maybe a little bit uncommon.

Look for budget games that get shitty reviews. The kind of games that you see thrown in a big pile in the discount bins a month after they come out. If you've ever seen an ad for it in a magazine, don't bother picking it up. If you've ever read a positive review, don't bother picking it up. If it costs more than 50% retail value (so like >$10), don't pick it up...it'll drop in price still.
Those are the ones to get.

I mean, heck, how many people on DP really think they "need" Outlaw Golf or whatever?

Sure as hell ain't worth it to me, but I'm not going for a complete collection and I'm not really out to score the games with the lower print runs. But generally, now a days when a game gets a ridiculously lower print run, it's for a good reason.
